Research

When I hear research, I think of preparing for a project. In 8th grade I had to research for a Keynote presentation on 9/11. I got books from the library, found educational sites on the internet, and worked with my group members to put the whole thing together. I didn't like having to go on my own and try to find resources for the project, and doing it all on the computer. I prefer just taking notes and then putting the final thing on a written paper, rather than doing it all on the computer. The final product was alright, but it was not something I enjoyed. Also, I like researching for an opinion project, rather than straight out facts.

Thesis

In a few years, I'll be in college and will need to drive myself around. I am almost an adult, I have learned responsibility, and I'll be leaving the house soon and will have to provide transportation for myself. At age sixteen, I need to go for my driver's license.
